Pumpkin Patch Princess

Last night for our date night we decided to make it a family affair and took Sadie to the pumpkin patch to pick out some pumpkins to carve for Halloween. I really wanted to go to a pumpkin patch instead of just picking one up at the grocery store because well, it's just more fun that way and makes it feel more like fall. Anyway, I had way too much fun taking pictures of Sadie with all the pumpkins. David was a little embarassed of me so he refused to be in any of the pictures, but in my defense EVERY other mom in the pumpkin patch was taking pictures of their kids too! Sade wasn't too sure what to think of eveything and it was REALLY hard to get her to look at the camera with all the little kids running around to distract her, but I think we got some really cute ones. She had a ball when I put her on top of the pile of mini pumpkins, she thought that was so much fun! As for the pumpkins we bought...we bought a mini pumpkin for $0.99 and headed over to Wal-Mart to get our carving pumpkins because they were WAY too expensive at the pumpkin patch! =)

Oh yeah and Sadie started crawling last Sunday! Yay for her! She's so fun, I love it! Except the first day she started crawling it was like she'd been crawling forever and she was pulling over the trash can and getting into everything so we had to hurry and baby proof our house!
