Are You Serious????
So yesterday, was a totally craptastic day, let me just tell you (sorry and thank you to all my friends whom I vented to already!) but it was a pretty bad day. My car broke down on the way to Sadie's Dr. appointment, so we missed the appointment and I had to reschedule and call my brother to see if he could give us a ride (Thanks Eric, you're the best!=) Then...well a myriad of other things happened, I'll spare you the details, but the icing on the cake happened at the Dr.'s office. As I mentioned my brother, Eric, took Sadie and I to the Dr.'s office. Eric is 19 years old and a freshman in college... SO the nurse comes and calls for Sadie and takes us back to get her weighed and yada-yada-yada. While we are back there the nurse (who is probably in her mid-30s) casually says "So that must be your son that came with you today. What is he a senior in high school?" WHAT???? Do I honestly look old enough to have a 19 year old son??? I mean come on lady, I would have been 6 when I gave birth to him! Do I look like I'm close to 40 years old??? What the heck? I've had issues with my age since I hit 25 but I honestly didn't think I looked close to 40, if I had issues before, boy do I have them now...

wow some people are just dumb!!! IT's like when they say awwww what a cute litle boy and the kids in a dress obviosly a girl!!!! And you barely look 25! LIke I said some people are just sooooo dumb! =)
If someone thought you looked even your actual age I would think they were crazy. TOTALLY HOT STUFF. No worries there. Sorry about those days. No FUN!! Well you can always call me, cause you know I am home and would love to help with anything. :)
She must have been on some serious drugs!!! Or just intentionaly vindictive because of shear jealousy. You could not possibly look like his mother!!! You should have said, "Actually I am his grandmother! I have some amazing products to help you with your own obvious age issues..."

That is great. I actually had that happen in high school my freshmen year after a pep rally my brother cody was with me and someone asked me(whilein my cheer uniform) if that was my son. I was seriously I would have had him a 10 are you crazy! Some people just don't think before they speak!
Maybe she thought you married an old dude? Because seriously, nobody on this earth could think you look old enough to have a kid that old. You are the hottest young mom I know!

I'm not sure I fall into the one hot mama category like you anymore, but I had similar experiences years ago when Emily would come visit me at college. The first time I was literally 17 and she was 7... and people were assuming she was my child. WHAT?
That is AWFUL!!! What was she thinking??? You look amazing and that lady must have been on drugs.
