I LOVE the Christmas season! It's my absolute favorite time of the year (even though I don't care for the cold!) This year David and I are especially excited since we have Sadie to share it with! Having a little one around gives Christmas a new magic, everything is new to her and it is all so exciting for all of us. We put up our Christmas tree last week and every morning when we come down the stairs she points and says ooh-ooh! Then she wants me to turn on the Christmas tree lights and then she'll point at all the lights and all the ornaments on the tree before she has breakfast, it's the cutest thing in the world! Throughout the day we spend a lot of time "visiting" the Christmas tree! We have a star with Mickey and Minnie sitting on the arms and she LOVES it (she already has a thing for Mickey, I've trained her well!=) She has David or me lift her up so she can touch Mickey's nose and then she gives us the BIGGEST smile. It's SO fun!

Why do you keep making me put all these cool toys on the tree? You give them to me and then take them away! Can't I keep just one?
Oh and Sadie is doing well, we went to the pediatrician on Monday and her Dr. said she sounds so much better. She's going to keep her on the breathing treatments once a day throughout the winter. Not fun but it beats the emergency room any day!

How adorable! Yes, Christmas is more fun when you have little one's to remind you of what it was like being a kid!
